We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment.
This 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file for any no-shows, rescheduling or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. I understand that things can happen and will do my best to work with you. Thank you for understanding.

Please note, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a no-show and subject to the cancellation policy. Please reach out if you are running late, I will do my best to accommodate your appointment.

Products are shipped within 5-7 business days. All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail.
Arcadia Esthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.
