Our Policies

Please review our policies before your appointment. We appreciate your support and understanding. If you have any questions please reach out.

  • We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment.

    This 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file for any no-shows, rescheduling or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. I understand that things can happen and will do my best to work with you. Thank you for understanding.

  • Please note, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a no-show and subject to the cancellation policy. Please reach out if you are running late, I will do my best to accommodate your appointment.

  • Products are shipped within 5-7 business days. All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail.

    Arcadia Esthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.
