Pfect-A Illumin Peel

The Pfect-A Illumin peel is a Korean peel that uses 4 Types of Acids; TCA, AHA, BHA and PHA to instantly provide a brightening effect, and gentle resurfacing.

It also uses 2 oil based ingredients; Squalane and Bixa Orellana Seed. Both protect the actual formula from oxidation and also provides moisturizing and adds a protective layer to the skin during the procedure.

Safe for all skin types and minimal to no downtime expected.

FAQ Ilummin Peel —

  • Can be done every 7 - 10 days. With a session of 3 - 4 treatments recommended.

    Sessions based on your skin concerns and goals.

  • This is a minimum to no downtime peel, this means visible peeling generally will not occur. Possible to have dry or flaky areas while healing.

    This is why it is important to have a consultation or treatment with Sarah prior to receiving as we can prep your skin for best results and eliminate the downtime.

  • No downtime means the treatment doesn’t require any significant recovery time, allowing you to return to your normal routine after your treatment.

    Considered a summer safe peel, if you are properly following post - procedure instructions.

    • Do not exfoliate the skin or use any retinoid products for at least 7 days post peel

    • Avoid saunas, hot showers, or excessive sweating for 48 hours

    • Stay out of the sun, and protect the skin by applying sunscreen

    • Keep skin hydrated with appropriate moisturizer and SPF daily

    • Do not pick or peel the skin, doing so may cause hyperpigmentation

  • Contraindications for this peel include:

    • Pregnancy

    • Sunburn

    • Impaired skin barrier

    • Dermatitis
